Kerry Duchnycz - Director

Kerry has been employed at FLCCS since September 2008. She holds valid ECE, Special Needs and Infant Toddler Licenses and has been within the field of ECE since 1991. Kerry has managed integrated childcare programs for the Developmental Disabilities Association and was previously employed by The Centre for Child Development as a Supported Child Development Consultant. Kerry brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to FLCCS.

Sheri Tidy - Early Childhood Educator/Administrative Assistant

Sheri has been a valued member of the FLCCS team since August 2000. Sheri is ECE qualified and has worked in various roles at our centre. She currently supervises the Kinder One Program and works part time in an Administrative Assistant role. Sheri's dedication and caring nature is invaluable to FLCCS.

Monique Belanger - Early Childhood Educator

Monique came to FLCCS in September 2006. Prior to joining the team, Monique worked in various childcare programs in Australia, Mexico and China. She also worked in the Caribbean and Alaska with Celebrity Cruises as child and youth care staff. Monique holds a valid ECE License to Practice and is the current supervisor of the 3 to 5 Program. She brings a genuine love of children and a desire to see all children reach their full potential.

Ashleigh McEvoy - Early Childhood Educator

Ashleigh joined FLCCS as a Support Worker in April 2010 . In 2011, Ashleigh took over the School Age Program Supervisor position. She brings a genuine love of children and a positive energy into her work. Previously, Ashleigh worked in both daycare and preschool settings. She holds a valid License to Practice. Ashleigh strives to provide an exciting and fun program for her school aged children.

Erin Myhre-McEachern - School Age Caregiver

Erin came to FLCCS in March 2007. She has completed the licensing requirements to provide care as a responsible adult. Erin works in both our Kinder One Program and our School Age Program. Erin has a strong dedication to the children and programs at FLCCS. Erin enjoys providing creative activities for the children to explore.

Tasman Ryan - School Age Caregiver

Tasman began working at FLCCS in August 2007 as a Support Worker in the 3 to 5 Program. She has completed the licensing requirements to provide care as a responsible adult. Tasman currently works in the 3 to 5, Kinder One,School Age Programs. She is in the process of completing her Bachelor of Physical Education and Coaching at Douglas College, with plans of becoming a teacher. She is dedicated to the childhood field and strives to provide daily activities that challenge the children's skills. 

Katelyn Nielsen - Early Childhood Educator

In September 2009, Katelyn joined our team after completing her final practicum at our centre. She currently holds a valid ECE License to Practice. Katelyn brings a fresh perspective and an eager enthusiasm to our team. Katelyn focuses on the interests of the children when providing activities. She currently works in the 3 to 5 Program.  

Pam McEvoy - Early Childhood Educator

Pam became the newest member of our 3 to 5 year team in 2011.  Previously, Pam worked as a support teacher and substitute in all of our programs. Her love and enthusiasm comes out in her interactions and activities with the children. Previously, Pam worked in a family child care and at the Township of Langley teaching preschool programs. She holds a valid ECE License to Practice.

Erin Thomas - School Age Caregiver

Erin works in our School Age Program, bringing experience from a variety of child care settings. Previously, Erin did volunteer work in England, Turkey and Indnesia as well as in Mexico. Erin also worked with Langley Environmental Partners Society (LEPS) educating children on environmental issues. Erin is currently attending Kwantlen University to complete her Special Education Teacher Assistant Certificate.

Jannine  Goddard - School Age Caregiver

Joining our team in 2011, Jannine is a creative person who enjoys sharing her excitement for visual arts. Her previous experiences include daycare, preschool, before/after school care and YMCA camps. Jannine is also the co-owner of Heartfelt Stories, creating feltboard stories for children. She holds a valid License to Practice.
